Mark is such a pleasure to work with. I have bought and sold several homes with him, and he makes the process easy. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the area’s housing market and offers great advice. He is extremely patient and willing to accommodate any schedule in order to help his clients. He is never pushy and continuously looks at properties until he finds the right one. He was able to find us the perfect home that met all our requirements in the exact location we wanted. While we are very happy with our purchase, the only downside is we will miss spending time with Mark because we really enjoyed his company throughout the process of buying and selling.

Mark was all over this from day 1. He had the drone footage & pictures up within days of the listing. He was always available and got the property sold fast. Awesome to have an agent that committed. We are now working on buying other property. Really enjoyed working with Mark.

I started working with Mark back in 2007 when I moved to the area. I was only in town for a short house hunting trip so Mark made sure to have everything as scheduled and efficient as possible to make sure I found a house that fit my needs. Since then he has helped me buy two more houses and sell one. Just recently he helped my son manage to find a good starter home in this crazy market at a price he could afford without sacrificing location or features. He kept a lookout for houses that may have been missing something in the listing or description, making it seem less of a good house than it really was and because of that he bought one just in time. Mark has become a friend and is always willing to still offer advice or search for listings even when I tell him I'm 'just curious' or when I'm trying to find a house to bribe my parents to move - knowing it probably won't turn into a sale. It doesn't matter, he likes to help.
